Connect care products allows you to speak directly with a trained Response Associate,providing you fast, easy access to help. Youcan request the help you want when you need it.
Get the help you choose. Whether that is a family member, close friend or emergency services, our Response Centre will dispatch the help you choose. For AutoAlert calls: in the case of a fall detected signal with no verbal response from the subscriber on multiple attempts, our response centre staff may contact EMS for response.
Fully-staffed Response Centre is always ready to take your call. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, our professionally trained staff is ready to help in any situation.
Connect Care plan will be incorporated into clients care package and come with no extra cost other than the one off set up fees and there are no ongoing costs. If taken alone, the cost of the Connect Care Plan is straight forward and predictable. There are no hidden fees. There are also no surprise “over charges” associated with exceeding any calling limits since there are no limits!
If your responders can’t find you, they can’t help you.While GPS excels outdoors, it may struggle to determine your location when indoors or in urban areas. We test the systems thoroughly for connectivity and may recommend GPS combined with additional technologies to help determine your location in an emergency. Together, this suite of capabilities helps the response centre to quickly identify your location 5 , indoors or out, and send your chosen responders to your location to assist you.
